Liverpool Womens Hospital Project

After successfully completing the project to supply and install cubicle curtains for their new induction suite, the hospital are so pleased with the ‘upbeat’ and bright fabric design that they have asked us to replace all of the shower curtains in co-ordinating fabrics. ┬áThe base cloth is a sheer, waterproof fabric and the design can be matched to any colour scheme – or simply designed in with cubicle curtains as part of a new project. As with the cubicle curtains they will be antimicrobial and can be washed for thermal disinfection at 71 degrees. This can also be provided in the latest ‘shieldplus’ fabric technology.

What we like the most about these designs is the evenly spaced buttonhole header. This means when the curtains are removed for cleaning, which is frequent, rehanging them is very straight forward and they will look as good each time as they are correctly spaced on the track gliders.

We are pleased that we will be able to co-ordinate the future upholstery requirements of the hospital with co -ordinating fabrics. Naturally these will be to the exacting anti microbial standards of the NHS and tested to Crib 5 and BS5852. We are looking forward to this next phase.
